Nothing is shipped
AnswerLabs is an online service. There is nothing to ship or install: everything is delivered through your dashboard at answerlabs.in, and your calls run on our servers.
When it starts
- Your account is ready as soon as you sign up. You can build and test your agent before paying.
- Your plan starts the moment your first payment goes through. Phone numbers and outbound campaigns unlock straight away, and you get the plan's full minutes for the month.
- Phone numbers are issued only to verified businesses. After you submit your business documents in the dashboard, our telecom carrier checks them; this usually takes a minute or two, sometimes up to a business day. Once verified, a number you pick is yours immediately and your agent answers it.
- On the Managed plan, a person from our team sets up and runs your agent with you.
Invoices
Every payment is invoiced. Invoices are listed on the Payments page of your dashboard, and monthly bills arrive with a payment link by email and SMS.
